What Do We Treat?

At Wilkinson Physiotherapy, we specialise in treating various musculoskeletal conditions.

Neck Pain

Neck pain can result from poor posture, muscle strain, injuries, or underlying conditions. We treat issues such as whiplash, cervical disc problems, trapped nerves, and tension-related stiffness. We use hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and posture correction to relieve pain and restore movement.

Shoulder Pain

Shoulder pain often limits everyday activities and sports performance. We treat rotator cuff injuries, frozen shoulder, shoulder impingement, dislocations, instability, and arthritis. Our treatments focus on reducing pain, improving strength, and restoring full function.

Back Pain

Back pain is one of the most common problems we see, ranging from sudden strains to long-term discomfort. We help with lower back pain, sciatica, slipped/herniated discs, postural problems, sacro-iliac joint dysfunction and muscle spasms. Our approach combines manual therapy, movement re-education, and tailored exercises.

Hip & Groin Pain

Hip and groin pain can be caused by sports injuries, arthritis, or overuse. We treat hip bursitis, labral tears, femoral acetabular impingement (FAI), hip dysplasia, gluteal tendinopathy, groin strains, hamstring injuries, and provide rehab after hip replacement. Our goal is to reduce pain, restore strength, and keep you moving comfortably.

Knee Pain

We provide treatment for ligament injuries (including ACL, PCL, MCL, LCL), meniscus injuries, patellofemoral pain, arthritis and knee replacement. Whether you’ve had surgery or want to avoid it, our rehab programs improve stability, strength, and mobility.

Foot & Ankle Pain

Foot and ankle pain can affect balance, walking, and sports performance. We treat plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendon injuries, ligament injuries, ankle fractures, stress fractures, shin splints and biomechanical issues such as flat feet. Our treatments aim to reduce pain, improve movement, and prevent re-injury.
